Twill vets all referrals and submits qualified candidates to hiring managers. We'll reach out directly to you if the hiring manager wants an intro. We've also made it easy for you to keep track of all your referrals and where they are in the process 24/7 in the platform - we think transparency is key to member and candidate experience.
You will be paid directly within 30 days of your referrals start date.
There are no minimum requirement to maintain your Membership. Only refer someone when you have a match.
